Two Ceramic Cups These beautiful duck-egg coloured ceramic cups are handmade by the talented John Kalb in Invercargill. The clay is obtained from Southland, blending three clays and fired in either gas or wood fired kilns. ‘With the help of water and fire the clay is transformed from the soft to hard form’.
Tamarillo Vinegar Handcrafted vinegar made from tree ripened tamarillos and all natural ingredients. This exquisite vinegar has a very fruity, slightly spicy taste. It can be used in vinaigrettes, is incredible as a seasoning in game dishes and dark sauces, and is great as a marinade for the BBQ. Can be drizzled over goat’s cheese for that special touch! No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. This vinegar is double fermented from fruit to wine to vinegar, a process which can take up to 8 months. Made in small batches in Christchurch by Artisan Vinegar.

Summer Berry Mustard This is a coarse mustard – the hero in this mustard are the berries which also give the mustard a beautiful colour. The sweetness of the berries combined with the spiciness of the brown mustard seeds and the piquant flavour of the yellow seeds make this unique and delicious. NZ honey and Artisan Vinegar’s own raspberry vinegar add a little bit of extra fruitiness to this mustard. Great with colds cuts, cheeses, steaks, lamb and venison. Also good in a vinaigrette. Hand crafted in Christchurch in small batches, with no artificial colours, flavours or thickeners added. All natural ingredients with no added preservatives.
