Ceramic Cup This beautiful duck-egg coloured ceramic cup is handmade by the talented John Kalb in Invercargill. The clay is obtained from Southland, blending three clays and fired in either gas or wood fired kilns. ‘With the help of water and fire the clay is transformed from the soft to hard form’.

Each bottle of their honey is unique to a specific time and place. The honey is only ever heated to a maximum of 40 degrees, which is the natural temperature of the beehive. If honey is heated over 40 degrees, the natural health properties of the honey are destroyed.
