Two Ceramic Cups These beautiful duck-egg coloured ceramic cups are handmade by the talented John Kalb in Invercargill. The clay is obtained from Southland, blending three clays and fired in either gas or wood fired kilns. ‘With the help of water and fire the clay is transformed from the soft to hard form’.
Escuminac Extra Rare Amber Maple Syrup 100% pure, organic, single-forest maple syrup from Quebec. Produced in very small quantities, this syrup is made exclusively from sap harvested in the first 3 days of the run. Fine and velvety with aromas of honeysuckle and cinnamon. Try this syrup with crepes and waffles, use to baste meats and root vegetables, in a poaching liquid for winter fruits or in a salad dressing.
