Summer Berry Mustard This is a coarse mustard – the hero in this mustard are the berries which also give the mustard a beautiful colour. The sweetness of the berries combined with the spiciness of the brown mustard seeds and the piquant flavour of the yellow seeds make this unique and delicious. NZ honey and Artisan Vinegar’s own raspberry vinegar add a little bit of extra fruitiness to this mustard. Great with cold cuts, cheeses, steaks, lamb and venison. Also good in a vinaigrette.
