All parcels are signature required.
Deliveries and pickups are usually Monday to Friday.
FREE DELIVERIES ON ORDERS OVER $170 (and under $500) if going to the same address. For bulk orders, please contact carin@allbutonegifts.co.nz.
For urgent and express deliveries as well as Saturday deliveries, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Usually there is a 1-2 day dispatch time (depends if orders are placed on the weekend) – we will however endeavour to get your parcel picked up within a day. PLEASE TICK THE RELEVANT BOX FOR THE DATE YOU’D LIKE YOUR GIFT DELIVERED.
Although we do our utmost to ensure your gift arrives on time and use reputable couriers, we are unable to offer refunds if, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your parcel does not arrive on time.
